Why is it important to keep documents up to date?


To comply with regulatory requirements and protect our clients, Finsei must ensure all client documents remain current. We notify clients 30 days before any document expires, giving you time to provide updated information and avoid service disruptions. Clients are required to send updated documents to support@finsei.com

⚠️ If documents are not updated in time, your ability to make transactions will be temporarily restricted until the required documents are received.

Document requirements vary depending on whether your account is personal or business.


For personal accounts


Expiry of these documents can prevent you from signing transactions and making purchases with Finsei cards:

  2. Residence permit


For Business accounts
